The way in which the current economic model works is so complex it is hard to understand. This complexity between the relationship of the three areas outlined in the post ‘A Simple Economic System’ is not easily communicated.
With nations, their subdivided locals and a global economy there are many ways in which resources, manufacturing and distribution are controlled. To further add to the complexity there are differently defined economic systems, Trade Agreements, Tariffs, Taxes, laws, stock markets and other components that control the relationship between these three in each of the above.
This complexity has developed over the centuries. It is a result of the evolving technology in transporting goods and the means of communications between the above. These have shrunk our earth. Distances for transporting goods and communicating are no longer a hindrance to commerce between all of the above entities.
The question for us becomes does it have to be this complex? The answer is no! If that is the case then we need to change the current economic system from what it is now into something different. An economy that is free from the current competitive one that exists. One that is not driven by the need for dominance of one Country, Nation or particular geographical area over another.
Earthlings also need to change the power driven need to dominate each another. The need that has driven us to so many wars and conflicts in the past. That includes all of those going on right now on our Earth.
Now is the time to change this Earth. There may not be enough time as it is. How much longer will the earth put up with the burden of Earthlings on it’s surface? The countless species we have eliminated, resources plundered and environmental changes caused by technology and need to expand on this Earth? This in addition to the Earth’s always changing environmental conditions.
