Even if you are not willing to acknowledge it we are all connected on this Spaceship Earth. Everything that happens around our Space Ship Earth affects all of us in one way or another. Once we can all see this there might be hope for global solutions to the difficulties we are facing at this time. It is sad that our World Leaders can not see this and are determined to remain separate, fighting each other. Even most Earthlings do not accept this fact that we are all one on this Space Ship Earth we inhabit together.
The question as always what needs to happen for this truth to be accepted by World Leaders and all Earthlings. Earthlings need to be willing to give up this Nationalistic attitude around countries. This idea has separated us by nation states, cultures and political systems. The idea that we need to have large standing armies ready to fight for territory or national identity. How many useless wars have been fought because of some power grab by another nation, some idea that another nation must be controlled because they pose some threat or possess some resource they might need.
Even within Countries there exists divides because of race, religion, or a belief systems. There is so much that needs to be overcome about these ideas of separation between Earthlings. It is difficult to see how Earthlings can overcome centuries of hate, prejudice, and anger that developed between Earthlings. The hope is that somehow Earthlings will find a way to the peace, harmony and cooperation we need to solve the crises we face today.
You can point to evolution as one of the reasons we are where we are today. Instead of competing for resources and safety, they could have opted for cooperation and cohesiveness that might have prevented what exists today. Imagine only one tribe driven by cooperation and unity to give all Earthlings the resources needed to survive. This might have prevented dividing into competing tribes and later on into nation states. It is indeed something to contemplate. For now we must find a way to consolidate our resources and make sure every Earthling on our Space Ship Earth has what they need; food, water, medical, housing and all that is needed to survive on this Space Ship Earth.
